Create Your Own Calendar

Businesses looking for unique opportunities to promote themselves should look into custom calendar printing. By printing your own calendar, you’re creating a marketing tool that will be useful every day for the entire year. Not only are calendars a sought-after giveaway, but they’re also meant to displayed in plain sight. This makes your message visible to customers all year round.

We can help you create cheap calendars that are customized to your needs. Choose between 12-month, 14-month, or 16-month calendars and four size options : 5" x 8.5", 6" x 6", 8.5” x 11”, and 12” x 12”.

Our cover paper options range from 80 lb. self-cover paper to 10 pt. glossy/matte cardstock, while inside pages range from 70 lb. uncoated paper to 10 pt. glossy/matte cardstock. You can bind your calendars through wire-O or saddle-stitch binding. To make your calendars hangable, add hole drilling (3/16”, 1/8", 1/4") to your order.

Best Uses for Custom Calendars

Corporate Giveaways – This is the most popular use for custom calendars. You can give away branded calendars to customers and clients so they will be always reminded of your business. Make it even more dynamic by adding coupons in your calendar design so that they can redeem a discount or gift after each month passes.

Family Gifts – Personalized calendars are a common holiday gift, especially for large families. You can place a memorable family photo on the calendar to remind your relatives, close friends – or even yourself – of the strong ties you share.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a minimum order quantity for custom calendars?
The minimum order for custom calendars is 25 pieces.

What calendar size should I get?
It depends on your intended use. For tabletop calendars, we recommend the 5" x 8.5". It doesn’t take up much space and fits most tables and cubicles. If you want to hang the calendar, we recommend the larger, square 12” x 12”. A calendar in this size is easily visible from across the room.

Can I review the calendars first before printing?
Yes, you can select ‘I need a PDF proof’ in the Proofing Options section when placing your order. We’ll send you a digital proof that you can review and approve before we proceed to print.

Size

Calendars are available in four sizes: 5.5" x 8.5", 6" x 6", 8.5" x 11" and 12" x 12".

Style

We offer 12-month, 14-month and 16-month calendar formats.

Cover and Inside Paper

To add a layer of protection, we recommend a thick 10 pt. glossy cardstock as cover paper though 80 lb. and 100 lb. self cover paper is also available. For the inside paper, we print them on either 70 lb. uncoated paper, 80 lb. glossy or matte paper and 100 lb. glossy or matte paper.

Bindery and Binding Placement

There are two bindery options available for calendars. You have saddle stitch binding and wire-o binding.

Saddle and Wire-o Binding

Saddle stitch is the more common binding method of the two. The spine of the calendar is wired from the outside going in to hold all the pages in place. Pages would have the appearance of being stapled together in the middle. The binding appears more seamless compared to wire-o since the wires are not as visible.

Wire-o binding makes use of wire hooks that are then shut after they’re inserted in punched holes along the calendar’s spine. Aside from looking more sophisticated, pages can be turned easier and can be laid flat while open.

Whatever binding you choose, it would be placed on the top side of your calendar.

Hole Drilling

The purpose of having hole drilling is to enable you to hang your calendars. If you don’t want that option, simply indicate so in the dropdown menu. But if you want that option, we can add a hole that’s either 3/16”, 1/8" or 1/4" big.

“Ordered the 12x12 calendars for our company's 10th Anniversary and they were perfect for our tradeshow. Local printers and other online printers couldn't compete with the price. The paper thickness is really nice and the colors are super vibrant. The art department also helped us with a minor font issue which they quickly resolved. Very happy with this product!”

“I ordered these calendars a couple of weeks ago. The print quality itself is good, but the color is pretty off. For some reason, all of my pictures look green/gray-ish.”
