What hard hat sticker size should I order?
This depends on how much space is available for application. For logo
printing, the most popular size is 2” x 2” for square and circle. We recommend
measuring the area of application first before choosing a sticker size. You
should also keep in mind that the Occupational Safety and Health
Administration (OSHA) allows the use of hard hat stickers as long as the
adhesive does not obstruct the worker’s view and will not affect the gear’s
reliability and safety.
How do I apply hard hat stickers?
Step 1. Make sure the area of application is clean and dry to avoid air
bubbles.
Step 2. Properly position your sticker. When you’re satisfied with the
placement, you can peel off the backing, and carefully apply the adhesive. To
prevent air bubbles, press down then gently work your way to the sides and
edges of the sticker.
