Ship photos, documents, and even art with custom rigid mailers. These stiff mailers are used on products that require protection but would be too small for a shipping box.
Made from 16 pt. durable cardstock, these rigid flat mailers don’t easily bend, so the contents remain flat and crease-free during shipping. This type of packaging also stays flat, allowing you to stack parcels and save storage space.
Custom rigid mailers are available in three sizes:
- 10” x 13” Booklet Style – fits a 9” x 12” presentation folder
- 9” x 11.5” Catalog Style – fits an 8.5” x11” product catalog or booklet
- 7” x 9” Catalog Style – fits 8” x10” photos, greeting cards, DVDs, and other smaller items
Rigid cardboard mailers come with a peel-and-seal double-sided tape for fast and easy closing. Easy-to-tear pull tabs allow the receiver to open the package quickly. Add your logo to the imprint area for easy recognition.
