“The magnets are great quality but they got my order wrong. I contacted customer service immediately after receiving the magnets and sent the pictures the customer service agent asked for but heard nothing back. I sent several emails every few weeks to follow up and tried calling but I was put on hold until the call eventually just disconnected. Three months later I still haven't had any response or resolution. Print Runner has great products but bad customer service.”
