“i admit the price is cheaper from some other printing services, but finishing packing and responding is cheap as well. the edge for the finishing were not sharp, it includes white spaces. the picture as well is blurry. i had the same issue with a business cards order, they said that the picture i uploaded was low resolution, but about this?! it cannot be the same for all the pictures i uploaded is blurry, especially, i had it from our previous supplier.”

“Quality was unacceptable. I spoke with one of your representatives and explained the magnets scratch easily. Upon further review, while in the box they rubbed against the other leaving scratches. I have not heard back from your company.”
