“Fast turn around time and the price was right, but I wish they would have let me know to use a high resolution file instead of .jpg for 8.5x11" notepad. I couldn't see from the proof that it was going to turn out blurry.”

“While the notepads were nice, it was a disaster trying to locate the delivery and package. Something that was sent via FedEx, took almost 3 weeks, when it should have taken much less. The problem was FedEx, but no one at this company could help or would help!”

“I ordered these notepads and they just arrived yesterday. The graphic showing you what the glued edges is INCORRECT if your artwork is horizontal. I order hundreds of dollars of notepads, the edges were glued on the WRONG side and they said I was wrong. They offered me a tiny discount if I want to reorder. That's it. I own a small business and cannot afford to just reorder. And what am I supposed to do with these notepads? They look dumb with the glue on the wrong side.”
