“This was a bit of a problem when trying to cancel the order within 2 hours. I was very frustrated with the results. I was glad to find out days later I could cancel since the order was not in progress as indicated. I felt I was lied to. I have 2 years in the print industry and know very clearly the product was not plated with other products to go to press within the 2 hour window I placed the order. I was glad to get it cancelled and refunded but I felt lied to.”
