Avoid Setbacks With Teardrop Flag Replacements
It’s always best to be prepared when advertising outdoors, especially if the
weather is unpredictable. It’s not uncommon for strong winds to blow off
hanging promotional materials such as teardrop banners or for prints and
graphics to fade quickly under intense sunlight. For organizers of events and
activities that are usually held in open areas across multiple days such as
sports events, road shows, fairs, and music festivals, one way to avoid
mishaps and setbacks caused by natural circumstances is by ordering teardrop
flag replacements ahead of time.
We currently offer two sizes for teardrop flags:
32.54” x 78.64” – recommended
size for 9 ft. poles. This is our bestselling option and would look great both
indoors and outdoors.
40.38” x 101.63” – best suited for 11.2 ft. poles. Although this size is more
visible and has bigger space for additional details, its poles may be prone to
snapping if displayed outdoors as it tends to catch more wind.
If you have a completed artwork ready, you may upload it and we’ll send you a
free proof before printing. We also have blank templates with trims and
folding lines available for free. These are compatible with most design
software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Otherwise, you may use
our online tool to create a design for your custom teardrop flag. You can also
choose whether you want the design printed on one side only, on both sides, or
if you prefer a different design for each side.
Since orders for replacement teardrop flags are usually for backup in case of
loss or damage, we did not set a minimum order quantity. You can order a
single replacement teardrop flag or as many as 50 pieces.
The standard printing turnaround time is five (5) business days, but we accept
rush printing and can have your orders ready for shipping in three (3)
business days. You may check the estimate shipping rate on the online
calculator found on the product page. For purchased items over $39, shipping
is on us! Please note that this only covers mainland US and is not applicable
to freight shipping. Additional charges may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, and
Canada.
Q&A
Do you accept rush printing for bulk orders?
Please choose three (3) business days if you would like to receive your order as soon as possible. This does not cover delivery, however. Please refer to the online calculator on the product detail page for estimated shipping rates and times.
How long is the shipping time?
Shipping rates and times would depend on your location. You may check both using the online calculator.
Can I pick up my order from one of your locations?
Yes. To place a rush order, choose three (3) business days instead of the standard five (5) so we can prepare your replacement teardrop flags for pick up within the prescribed timeframe. Please refer to this link for our pickup locations.
Can I order the poles only?
We only offer replacement teardrop flags. If you would like to purchase flag poles, you would need to order the full set.
Do you offer installation services?

We currently don’t offer installation services, but we assure you that
assembling our teardrop banners is very easy:
- Unpack your replacement teardrop flag and lay it flat on the ground along with the poles.
- Assemble the poles by connecting the ends into one another.
- Attach the poles to the teardrop banner by inserting the top of the pole into the bottom pocket. Be careful not to let the tip of the pole go all the way through the other end of the banner, as this can damage the fabric.
- Stretch the banner by pulling it all the way down until it’s taut enough to bend into a teardrop shape.
- Secure the flag onto the pole, then attach the bottom of the pole to the base.
