“I was very happy with the process, customer service and speedy service but......I typed up the verbiage I wanted on two stamps and received the proof. I looked at the proof, checked the spelling and sent it back approved. Based on the proof I thought everything would look good but the stamp lettering appeared WAY too small. While I can use the bank stamp (should be ok...) I will have to find another Avenue for the return address stamp.”

“The presentation/packaging of the product was great. However, I was disappointed to discover that it was not a push-down stamp. It’s inconvenient to have to remove the the bottom cap just to use it and place it back on. The lettering was also smaller than expected and the impressions are not always consistent. You have to really make sure the surface is level and push down firmly for a good impression. It just did not meet my expectations.”

“I purchased a Rubber Stamp, received it but the Font was soooo incredibly tiny you couldn't read it. I was surprised something would be produced and sent that couldn't be used. I wrote and expressed my concern. A representative was very quick to try and fix the problem. In the end, I ended up with a rubber stamp that was legible, but I had to remove an entire line. In the meantime, I found another company that made the stamp with a larger Font, including all of my information for about a quarter of the cost.”
