“The canvas was nice, thank you. But the 500 book markers had an error on it that I corrected from April 38th 1931 to April 28th 1931. But they printed out April 38th. I went on chat and talked to someone about this, I sent you a screen shot I had taken in regards to the online agent checking to make sure the change was made prior to printing the order. And no response accept asking if you could reprint them. The book markers were actually used a funeral card and I had no choice but to pass them out at the service. I had them overnight expressed and didn't even open the box until I got to the church, and several people came up to me in regards to the error.So know I didn't want them reprinted. I'd like a credit to reorder something in the future.”
